Valentine Growers being Fairtrade certified, receives 10% of the flower sales as premium which is used to carry out various projects to improve the standard of living of the employees, their families and the community. The premium is managed by the Fairtrade Premium Committee(FPC) who are elected by workers. Valentine Growers is a socially conscience and environmentally friendly family farm, and is a proud member of several international codes of ethics. We are committed towards community development,growth and empowerment. Some of the projects include-: Health care, provision of water, sanitation, upgrading of schools, donations, training, social amenities among other activities.
